AKM DACs play a major role in Shanling's audio designs, with the AK4493S proving its great capabilities in a range of Shanling devices. Now, EC Zero AKM leverages this DAC and Shanling's extensive hi-fi expertise to deliver a warmer-sounding and perfectly natural CD playback on the go.
The headphone section features two SGM8262 amplifiers that deliver transparent and powerful output of up to 836 mW at 32 Ω. With precise 100-step volume control and a fast volume knob, the EC Zero AKM is an excellent addition to both sensitive earbuds and hard-to-drive full-size headphones.

Extended battery life - External power supply at home
The EC Zero AKM is powered by a built-in 5500 mAh battery, offering complete independence and hi-fi playback anywhere, anytime. With the new audio circuitry, battery life is extended to up to 10 hours. For desktop use, simply connect a USB-C power adapter to the EC Zero and switch it to a special external power supply mode to achieve higher output power and maintain the long-term condition of the battery.
