If you are out when one of our couriers attempt to deliver; they will leave a card to say that they attempted to deliver and they will then re-attempt delivery the following day. If this is not convenient the contact details of your local branch will be on the card and you will be able to contact them to rearrange delivery for a convenient weekday. Please note however that for security reasons the delivery address of a parcel cannot be changed once it has been dispatched and specific delivery times only apply to the first deliver attempt.
If you are out when Royal Mail attempt to deliver; a card will be left which you can use to either re-arrange delivery to your home address or to your local Post Office. You can also use the card to collect your parcel from your local Royal Mail depot but please check the length of time that must be left before collection can be made. Items will be held for 7 days before being returned to us.
