This is the first time I have used this Company and I purchased an ARCHOS 605WiFi MP3 Player from them after first cheking with a member of staff that this device would work with my PC's Operating System, I can only discribe as Exellent and a Credit to this copmany the effort and time this young man Elliott Holmes has put in to fullfill my every request. As someone in there 60's and an ex Managing Director of my own company it is nice to see such good service does still occure even in this day and age WELL DONE.  |

I am extremely happy with my products. The iRiver Clix2 has impressed me and is miles better than any generic iPod.
In terms of the service, I can't fault it at all. I received an e-mail at every stage of the process, so there was excellent communication there. They let me know that my transaction had gone through, that my shipping was being packed, that it was awaiting delivery and finally the expected delivery time/date (which was accurate by the way, on time and in one piece). The fact that the extremely quick courier service is free makes it even better! Will definitely use this site again if needed. Thank you! |

I was searching the site for an Ipod Shuffle, selected "Apple" from the manufacturers list and got nothing, searched "Shuffle" and only got accessories, search "Ipod Shuffle" and got the same, now trailing through over 11 pages after searching "Apple" to try and find one - not good customer service, lets the site down.
ADVANCED MP3 PLAYERS RESPONSE:
Thanks for your customer comment, unfortunately we have decided to stop stocking the iPod Shuffle, hence why it is unavailable as a product on our website. We have a couple of products which are alternatives with some extra features, the Sansa Clip or the Zen Stone. Apologies for any confusion or inconvenience caused. |
