This is the second time I ordered a Transporter from Advanced MP3 Players. They were out of stock at the time, so I wanted to cancel my order. It took only one telephone call to cancel the order and one hour of waiting to get my money back.
I ordered the Transporter for the a second time a couple of weeks ago. . The Transporter was on stock this time, and was shipped the next day (after clearance of the payment by my bank). Transport took only one day, and the next day the Transporter was delivered in Holland.
I purchased the Transporter for my company, and after they checked my Dutch VAT number, they immediately reimbursed the VAT to me.
So thanks for this great service guys and girls at Advanced MP3 Players! Keep it up! |

It has been a long time since I have dealt with such a great company. These guys know their stuff, they are helpful, prompt and will go above and beyond to meet your needs. I ordered the model down by mistake which arrived on next day del, I called to sort it out, the guys knew I needed the system quickly and the new speak arrived the very next day, no fuss, no hassle. Thanks guys I am really impressed and will most definitely go to your company first before looking elsewhere!  |

I'm well into my music and have been looking around for a while for a decent mp3 player to go with my top end head phones. I have an ipod but to be honest there's no comparison. I am stunned at the sound quality of the Cowon S9 (my mates too) they all want one!
The purchase was easy and flawless with superfast delivery.I forgot the case though so hopefully it'll be here tomorrow!  |

I actually purchased a lot of my stuff a few months ago.
However I just came out of hospital after surgery & can't leave the house for a while, so I was really unhappy when My D2 battery refused to hold charge.
I needn't have worried I phoned Amp3 spoke to Ed who arranged an immediate Rma, I explained that being house bound for a while the player was in constant use and that I would be lost without it. Ed said he would see if he could get it turned around quick.
Well they fixed it the day it arrived with them tested over night and shipped it back to within 24 hours AMAZING SERVICE.

The purchases are good but because I am an old guy using a Mac, they have not been too easy to use! Cowon don't really give any help for Mac users & Don't forget I could not use an i pod as my operating system then, Panther was too old for a new ipod. I have on a few occasions needed to contact AdvancedMP3 for help with Mac/D2 & on ALL occasions the help given has been FIRST CLASS! Thank you all! Alec. |

Was worried I'd left it too late for Christmas !Phoned MP3players and not only did my parcel arrive today (22nd Dec and well in time for Christmas ) but the lady who took my order was so friendly and helpful she went that "extra mile" to reassure me she would personally supervise my order!! It wasn't a particularly expensive product you would have thought I was spending a lot of cash!!! What a refreshing change to receive such first class service by people who actually care !!!!
FIRST CLASS-WOULD DEFINITELY USE AGAIN and will recommend them to all my friends!!!! Thank you yet again!!!!! |

I was delighted with the service provided. Both items were delivered promptly by FedEx. I would certainly use Advancedmp3players again.
As they are both presents I have only charged the S9 to ensure it was working. However, I sat next to a passenger on a plane who had one. I was amazed at the quality of the video he was watching. He noticed my interest and gave me a 'full tour'. Not only was the video amazing but the sound quality was unbelievable.
I can't wait to get mine up and running. |

The Denons are the best headphones I have owned! The bass was a bit heavy and the mid-range withdrawn initially (especially after having previously owned a pair of Grado SR60s) however, they are getting better and better with use! Although most users seem to like the fact that they fit over the ear, I find that the sound improves in overall focus and quality of bass if used slightly on the ear! Also they definitely sound better using a headphone amplifier - I use them with my Icon Mobile Amplifier and they sound a lot more clean and focused. A definite recommendation. |

The Cowon is great, but the reason for this feedback is to praise the repair service. After about a year, I managed to break the screen on my D2 without even realising it. I asked AMP3 what to do and received clear instructions. I sent it Monday, and got the repaired player back on Wednesday! Literally return of post. |
