What this means: The box has been opened, so we can't sell it as new. It has been checked and works as it should, and it comes with all its accessories and the manual. No cosmetic marks: a unit with marks is listed as Cosmetic scratches and says so. Full manufacturer warranty.
The HiFiMAN Arya Organic is an open-back planar magnetic headphone that HiFiMAN calls “stunning audio value”. It combines HiFiMAN’s nanometer-thickness diaphragm and Stealth Magnets with the patented window-shade grille, for a pure, accurate, full-range sound, and at 16Ω and 94dB it is relatively easy to drive for a full-size planar.
Nanometer-thickness diaphragm
A breakthrough core technology developed by HiFiMAN and a first in headphones. The material is extremely challenging to work with, but this film, used as the Arya’s planar driver, is the cornerstone of its remarkable sound.
Stealth Magnets
Unlike conventional magnets, the special shape of HiFiMAN’s Stealth Magnets lets sound waves pass through without interference. The design is acoustically transparent, greatly reducing the wave diffraction turbulence that degrades sound, so the output is pure, accurate and full-range.
Patented “window shade” system
The window-shade grille was created to protect the driver while keeping the back optimally open.
Craftsmanship and comfort
- Metal structure: CNC-milled and hand-polished, with the surface finish refined by meticulous craftsmen to HiFiMAN’s standard.
- Headband: ergonomic and comfortable for most people, with greater reliability and durability.
- Asymmetrical ear cups: follow the natural shape of the ear for more comfort and less fatigue.
- Sturdy 3.5mm connectors: angled at 10° to reduce the pressure points of straight connectors, for a solid, long-lasting link, and user-replaceable for easy cable swapping.
One quality cable
The Arya keeps things simple with a single crystalline copper cable with a 6.35mm plug and a jet-black woven finish.

05 / Expert reviews
Sparkle is generously produced. To be honest, the high frequencies seem to be vastly improved over the first and second-generation Arya cans.
