Orders & product advice

Can you help me choose a product?

Yes. Tell us what equipment you already use, your budget and what you would like to improve. Our team can help with product choices and compatibility before you order.

Where can I read or leave a product review?

Open Reviews on the product page to read customer feedback. To share your experience, choose Write a review and complete the form. If you need help with a fault or an order, please contact us directly so we can assist.

What if an item is out of stock?

Check the product page for availability. Where pre-ordering is offered, the button and stock information will explain this. You pay nothing when you place a pre-order: we save your card securely and take the payment when the item arrives, before we dispatch it. A stock-alert option may also be available. Pre-orders are dispatched when stock arrives; next day delivery applies after dispatch. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before ordering. For an existing order, include your order number when asking for an update.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We’ll check whether we can stop or amend the dispatch. If your order is already on its way, we’ll explain your return options. Dispatch does not remove your cancellation rights.

I haven’t received my order confirmation. What should I do?

Check your junk or spam folder and the email address used at checkout. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your name, delivery postcode and the approximate time you ordered. Please do not send full payment-card details.

Clearance & open-box

What can I find in the Clearance section?

Our Clearance range is a place to find audio at reduced prices, including open-box products and items with damaged packaging. Availability and condition vary from item to item, so check the individual listing before ordering.

Browse Clearance & open-box audio

How can I check a clearance item’s condition and warranty?

Start with the product title, which highlights details such as Box opened or Damaged packaging. Then read the description and the Clearance Product panel for information about packaging, manuals, function, accessories and any other listed condition details. “Open box” means the packaging has been opened; the product’s condition and included accessories are described separately.

For example, damaged packaging does not by itself mean the product is faulty: check the separate function and accessory details for that item. If its condition, included accessories or warranty cover are unclear, contact us before ordering and we’ll help you check. Our Returns Policy explains your return options.

Payments & offers

Which payment methods can I use?

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order, except for pre-orders, which you pay for when the item arrives. Choose your preferred option and follow the instructions there. If you have trouble paying, contact us with the error message, but do not send card numbers, security codes or banking passwords by email, WhatsApp or chat.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your code in the discount-code field at checkout and check that the discount has been applied before completing payment. Each offer has its own terms, including eligible products, expiry dates and whether it can be combined with other offers. If a code does not work, contact us with the code and the products you want to order.

Can you beat a price I have found elsewhere?

If you find the same product for less from another UK retailer, select Price Beat on the AMP3 product page and tell us where you saw it. A link to the product is quickest, but the shop’s name or website is fine. Add the price you found, any delivery charge and your email address, then send your request before you order.

We’ll check the offer and email you the outcome, normally within one working day. It needs to be the same model, new and in stock at the other retailer. A price beat isn’t guaranteed. Gift cards and bundles aren’t included.

More about Price Beat

If we can beat it, we’ll email you a discount code for that product. Price Beat codes can be used once, are normally valid for seven days, and can’t be combined with any other discount code or automatic discount. Use the button in your email to apply the code, or enter it at checkout.

Why am I being asked to verify my payment?

Your bank or payment provider may ask you to approve a payment through its own verification process. Follow the instructions shown at checkout or in your banking app. If verification fails, contact your bank or payment provider; AMP3 cannot bypass its checks. Never send us verification codes or banking passwords.

Delivery

What are your delivery options?

Our UK delivery options include free standard delivery, normally 1–3 days, and free next day delivery on qualifying orders. Orders of £50 or more qualify for free next day delivery; some products also qualify below £50. Where offered, orders below £50 can upgrade to next day delivery for £5.99.

Next day cut-off: 12 noon, Monday to Friday. Orders placed by 12 noon on a weekday are dispatched that day for next day delivery. Orders placed after 12 noon, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

The options available for your items and address are shown at checkout. Delivery to some locations can take longer, and the carrier may vary by destination. Check the service shown at checkout before ordering.

How can I track my order?

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email. If there is no tracking update, a parcel appears delayed or delivery is marked complete but you have not received it, contact us with your order number so we can help.

What happens if I miss a delivery?

Check the carrier’s tracking page, delivery message or missed-delivery card for the available redelivery and collection options. Follow the instructions for your parcel, including any collection deadline or identification requirements. If the options are unclear or you cannot arrange delivery, contact us with your order number and we’ll help.

Can my order arrive in more than one parcel?

Yes. Items can be sent from different fulfilment locations, so you may receive separate parcels and tracking updates. If something appears to be missing, check the dispatch details or contact us.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Enter your delivery address at checkout to see whether delivery is available. If your destination is not offered, contact us before placing an order and we’ll advise you.

Returns & refunds

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes. Tell us within 14 days after delivery that you want to cancel, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Your return postage is free — we provide the label. Our Returns Policy explains the process and how to look after the item while you decide.

What if an item is faulty or arrives damaged?

Contact us or start a return with a description of the problem. Faulty items can be returned free of charge within the first 30 days after delivery. Your rights can continue beyond 30 days, so please contact us about later faults too.

Which carrier will handle my return?

We'll email a label for the carrier that suits your return: Royal Mail (drop off at a Post Office) or DPD (drop off at a DPD Pickup shop). Use the carrier and instructions on your supplied label. Find a Royal Mail drop-off location or a DPD Pickup point that accepts your parcel and label.

When will I receive my refund?

We’ll email you when your refund has been issued. The timing depends on the reason for the return; the Returns Policy explains the applicable deadlines. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

Technical support & warranties

Can you help with setup or compatibility?

Yes. Tell us the product model, the equipment it is connected to, what you are trying to do and what happens instead. Include any error message and the steps you have already tried. If you have already opened a return or support request, include its reference number so we can find the details.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Use our Returns Centre or contact us with your order number, product model and a description of the fault. Manufacturer warranty terms vary by product. We’ll explain the process before you send anything.

For a customer-paid manufacturer-warranty return, we can supply a prepaid, tracked return label for £5.99 (including VAT) for UK addresses, paid online before we send it. Or you can arrange your own tracked postage. Wait for our return instructions first.

AMP3 covers the cost of sending the repaired or replacement item back to you.

Where your statutory faulty-goods rights require AMP3 to cover postage, that cost remains ours, including for eligible faults after 30 days.

Can you help with an AMP3 purchase made through a marketplace?

Contact us with the marketplace name, order number and details of the problem. We’ll identify the correct route for your order.

Company information

What are your company and VAT registration details?

AMP3 is operated by Advanced Players Ltd, a company registered in Scotland.

  • Company number: SC242972
  • VAT registration number: GB790281912

You can find our postal address and contact details on the Contact Us page.

How do I recycle my old electrical items?

When you buy a new electrical item from us, we’ll take back a similar old item that did the same job free of charge, as the WEEE Regulations require. Contact us with your order number and we’ll send you a free return label.

Please don’t put electrical items in your household bin: they’re marked with a crossed-out wheelie bin symbol so they can be reused or recycled safely. More about recycling and WEEE.

Where can I read your terms and conditions?

Our Terms & Conditions explain how ordering, payment, delivery and cancellations work, alongside our Returns Policy and Privacy policy.

Do you have an affiliate programme?

Yes. Bloggers, podcasters, website publishers and social creators can join our affiliate programme through Awin and earn commission on qualifying sales. Find out more and apply.

Free return postage. We provide a free return label for change-of-mind returns notified within 14 days and faulty-item returns within the first 30 days after delivery.

This policy is for consumer orders placed directly on the AMP3 website. If you bought from AMP3 through a marketplace, contact us with that order number so we can help with the correct process.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel for any reason by telling us within 14 days, starting the day after delivery. If items from one order arrive separately, the period starts after the last item arrives. You then have 14 days from telling us to send the goods back. We provide a free return label for these returns.

You can use our Returns Centre or contact us directly with a clear request to cancel. Your cancellation does not depend on approval or using a particular form.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, tell us what is wrong. Within the first 30 days after delivery, you can generally reject faulty goods for a refund, or request a repair or replacement. We provide a free return label.

Please contact us about an incorrect item too, so we can put it right.

Faults after 30 days

Your rights do not end after 30 days or when a manufacturer warranty expires. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement at no cost, including necessary postage. If that remedy is unavailable or unsuccessful, other remedies can include a price reduction or refund. Contact us and we’ll assess the problem and explain your options.

How to arrange your return

  1. Open our Returns Centre and follow the instructions to identify your order and the item you want to return. If you cannot use it, contact us.
  2. Tell us whether you have changed your mind or there is a problem with the item. A description of a fault helps us understand what has happened.
  3. We’ll review your request and send the next steps. You should hear back within one working day, usually sooner.
  4. Use the supplied label and return address. Please wait for the shipping instructions before posting, and contact us if they have not arrived. This review does not change the date you notified us of a cancellation.
  5. Pack the item securely and keep your proof of posting until the return is complete.

Looking after and packing your item

For a change-of-mind return, you can inspect the item as you reasonably would in a shop. Please take care of it and return the included accessories. Use the original packaging if available, with an outer box to protect it.

If handling beyond a reasonable inspection reduces the item’s value, we may make an appropriate deduction and explain it to you. We do not apply a flat restocking fee to a statutory cancellation.

Before returning a device, back up your files, remove memory cards and sign out of personal accounts where you can. Tell us if a fault prevents you from doing this. Remove or cover old shipping labels.

Return labels and drop-off locations

Eligible standard returns receive a free label. We'll email your label with instructions for its carrier: take Royal Mail parcels to a Post Office and DPD parcels to a DPD Pickup shop. Follow the carrier and instructions on your label.

Check that your chosen location accepts the parcel and label. Contact us before buying alternative postage so we can explain the available arrangements.

Refunds

For a change-of-mind cancellation, we refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving proof that you sent them, whichever is earlier. For a faulty-goods rejection, the refund is due within 14 days of us agreeing you are entitled to it.

Refunds use the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. For a full-order cancellation, we also refund any standard outbound delivery charge; an optional delivery upgrade above that amount is not normally refundable. We’ll email you when the refund is issued.

Manufacturer warranties

A manufacturer warranty may offer additional cover, with terms that vary by product. Use our Returns Centre or contact us with your order number and fault details. We’ll explain the route, next steps and any applicable manufacturer-warranty postage before you proceed.

For a customer-paid manufacturer-warranty return, we can supply a prepaid, tracked return label for £5.99 (including VAT) for UK addresses, which you pay for online before we send it. Or you can arrange your own tracked postage to the address we provide. Please wait for our return instructions first, pack the item securely and keep your proof of posting.

AMP3 covers the cost of sending the repaired or replacement item back to you.

Customer-paid warranty postage does not apply where AMP3 must cover the cost under your statutory faulty-goods rights, including an eligible repair or replacement after 30 days. A manufacturer warranty does not replace or limit those rights.
