MEET THE BTR11
A lightweight Bluetooth receiver with LDAC, an independent headphone amp, a built-in mic for calls and up to 15 hours of battery.
The BES2700 chip brings Bluetooth 5.3 and LDAC hi-res audio to your wired earphones.
Up to 45mW at 16Ω, enough to drive many earphones well.
A noise-reducing mic for calls, a codec indicator light and up to 15 hours per charge.
The FiiO BTR11 turns any wired earphones or headphones into wireless ones, and it was the first Bluetooth receiver in its price range to support LDAC, bringing high-quality Bluetooth audio to an affordable price. A new BES2700 Bluetooth 5.3 chip, an independent headphone amplifier with up to 45mW, a microphone for calls and up to 15 hours of battery fit into a body about the length of a finger, weighing 13g. It won a VGP 2025 Summer award in Japan, and comes in black, white or green.

The BTR11 receives LDAC (certified by Sony), AAC and SBC. With an Android phone that supports LDAC, it carries up to 990kbps, three times the bitrate of AAC or SBC, and up to 96kHz, for far more detail than standard Bluetooth. The BES2700 chip has a dual-core processor for smooth performance and a dual-core NPU for enhanced sound processing.

Instead of driving your earphones straight from the Bluetooth chip, the BTR11 has a high-performance, independent HT97220 headphone amplifier with ultra-low output resistance. It delivers up to 45mW per channel into 16Ω and 30mW into 32Ω, enough to drive most earphones well, with a 101dB signal-to-noise ratio and distortion below 0.008%, for sound comparable to a wired connection.

A red and blue light shows the BTR11’s status at a glance: powering on or off, pairing, charging, low battery and the codec in use. When connected, the blue light flashes once every 5 seconds for SBC, twice for AAC and three times for LDAC; red means the battery is low.
A built-in, high-sensitivity omnidirectional microphone with call noise reduction gives clear calls. Double-press the multi-function button to bring up Siri or your phone’s voice assistant. The BTR11 uses its own microphone: the microphone and in-line remote on wired headphones aren’t supported.

The BTR11 weighs only 13g and is about 5.5cm long, roughly the length of a finger. Its polished, transparent shell carries several layers of silk-screen printing for a luxurious feel, and the green version features SNOWSKY artwork. Wear it on the back clip or hang it from a lanyard.

The BTR11 remembers two Bluetooth devices at once, so you don’t have to re-pair when you switch between, say, a phone and a laptop (after you turn it off and on, reconnect the second device by hand). If the link drops, a short press of the multi-function button reconnects. Use it for music on the move, films at night without disturbing anyone, or to add Bluetooth to active speakers or a car’s AUX input.

The 120mAh battery lasts about 15 hours with AAC or SBC, or 8.5 hours with LDAC, and charging to 90% takes only about an hour (a full charge about 1.5 hours) through the symmetrical USB-C port. Use a standard 5V/1A charger: the BTR11 doesn’t support fast charging. On an iPhone, its battery level appears in the Batteries widget.

Hold the multi-function button for about 3 seconds to switch on and 5 seconds to switch off; press it to play or pause and to answer or end calls, and hold it for 2 seconds to reject a call. The volume buttons change the volume with a press and skip tracks when held. The FiiO Control app adds settings and updates the Bluetooth firmware over the air.
