The JadeAudio GIGAS 1 is a compact, high-power desktop headphone amplifier designed to bring serious driving power to a simple desktop audio setup. Built for full-size headphones, planar magnetic headphones and everyday listening, the GIGAS 1 focuses on one job: taking an analogue signal from your source and amplifying it with authority.

At the heart of the GIGAS 1 is a discrete Class AB transistor current-amplification circuit. Using an op-amp and transistor current-amplification design, it delivers high-current, low-impedance output with a smooth, natural and powerful sound character. Balanced output power reaches up to 4600mW + 4600mW, giving the amplifier enough strength to drive more demanding headphones with confidence.

The GIGAS 1 includes both 3.5mm single-ended and 4.4mm balanced headphone outputs, making it compatible with a wide range of headphones and IEMs. The 3.5mm output also supports CTIA microphone passthrough, making it useful for gaming, voice calls and multimedia use with compatible headsets.

For source connectivity, the GIGAS 1 keeps things simple and flexible with dual analogue inputs. Use the 3.5mm input with portable players, dongles, phones, tablets or computers, or connect a CD player, DAC or Hi-Fi source using the RCA input. Whether used for desktop listening, gaming or a compact Hi-Fi setup, the GIGAS 1 is designed to slot easily into your existing system.

The large top-mounted volume knob gives precise control, while high and low gain options help match the amplifier to different headphones. Power is supplied via USB-C, with support for both standard 5V power and 12V PD power, giving the GIGAS 1 strong output performance in a compact, minimalist design.

Designed for Demanding Headphones

The GIGAS 1 was created to provide the extra power needed by more demanding headphones, including entry-level planar magnetic models and full-size over-ear headphones. With up to 4600mW + 4600mW from the balanced output, it offers far more drive than a typical computer, phone or portable source output.

Simple Analogue Connectivity

The GIGAS 1 is a pure headphone amplifier, so it does not include a built-in DAC or Bluetooth. Instead, it connects to your existing source using either 3.5mm or RCA analogue input. Pair it with a DAC, digital audio player, CD player, computer output or portable device, then let the GIGAS 1 handle the headphone amplification.

Balanced and Single-Ended Outputs

The front panel includes both 3.5mm single-ended and 4.4mm balanced outputs. Use the 3.5mm connection for standard headphones and compatible headsets, or the 4.4mm balanced output when you want the maximum available power and improved channel separation from compatible headphones.
