Read the full description
The HiFiMAN Ananda BT are wireless open-back planar magnetic headphones with HiFiMAN’s own Hymalaya R2R DAC built in. Play over Bluetooth with LDAC and aptX HD for up to 10 hours, or plug in a USB-C cable for 24-bit/192kHz from a computer or phone.
Planar drivers
The NEO supernano diaphragm is 80% thinner than HiFiMAN’s earlier designs, for a fast response and detailed, full-range sound. Window-shade grilles reduce reflections, and the open back gives a wide, natural soundstage.
Built-in R2R DAC
Instead of a standard Bluetooth chip DAC, the Hymalaya R2R DAC converts the signal, followed by low-pass filters, dual buffers and an amplifier for each side.
Wireless and wired
Bluetooth supports LDAC, aptX HD, aptX, AAC and SBC at up to 24-bit/96kHz. Over USB-C the Ananda BT works as a USB headphone at up to 24-bit/192kHz. The built-in microphone handles calls, and the power button plays, pauses and answers calls. The asymmetric ear cups follow the shape of the ear, with a hybrid headband for comfort.
