FiiO TT11 Fully Automatic Turntable

The FiiO TT11 is a fully automatic turntable for anyone who wants to enjoy vinyl without lowering the tonearm by hand. Press START and the arm moves across and lowers itself onto the record; press STOP and it lifts and returns to its rest. With an Audio-Technica AT3600L cartridge fitted, a built-in phono preamp and Bluetooth, it plays through powered speakers, a hi-fi amplifier or Bluetooth speakers and headphones straight from the box.

Fully automatic and gentle on your records

START cues the tonearm automatically, REPEAT plays the same side again and STOP brings the arm home. There is no hand-cueing, so there is less risk of dropping the stylus onto a favourite LP. The TT11 plays 7-inch and 12-inch records at 33⅓ and 45 RPM, and a 45 RPM adapter for 7-inch singles is included.

Room to grow: a swappable cartridge and adjustable tracking force

The cartridge can be swapped, so you can upgrade as your collection grows. A calibrated counterweight sets tracking force between 0 and 4g, which FiiO says can be fine-tuned to ±0.20g, and anti-skating is adjustable over the same range. When the stylus eventually wears, the replacement stylus for the AT3600L fits the supplied cartridge.

Built-in phono preamp, or use your own

A switch on the back chooses what comes out of the RCA sockets:

• Line uses the built-in phono preamp, which shares the circuit design of FiiO’s TT13: two Texas Instruments NE5532 op-amps in series. Its output of at least 530mV can go straight into powered speakers or an amplifier’s line input, with no separate phono stage needed.
• Phono bypasses the preamp (at least 7mV) for an external phono stage or an amplifier with a phono input.

There is also an earth (ground) terminal, and a USB-A port for firmware updates.

Bluetooth to wireless speakers and headphones

A built-in Bluetooth transmitter pairs at the touch of a button, so your records can play through Bluetooth speakers or headphones anywhere in the room. It uses the SBC codec.

Seven lighting modes

Ambient lighting glows purple, red, yellow, blue, cyan, green or white, with adjustable brightness, or can be switched off.

Solid build in black or brown wood grain

An aluminium alloy platter turns on a stainless-steel spindle, driven by a low-noise motor, with wow and flutter quoted at 0.2% or less. The aluminium tonearm has a black finish, and the hinged dust cover keeps dust and fingers away from the record. The wood-grain chassis comes in black or brown.
