The FiiO Q11 is a portable DAC and headphone amplifier with its own 2,600mAh battery, so it doesn’t drain your phone and lasts more than 13 hours. A Cirrus Logic CS43198 DAC plays PCM up to 384kHz/32-bit and DSD256, and the 4.4mm balanced output delivers up to 650mW per channel, with high and low gain for anything from sensitive in-ear monitors to demanding headphones. An ambient light window shows the format, and it is sized to strap neatly to most phones. It won a VGP 2024 Summer award.
True hi-fi from your phone

Great parts, great sound
The high-performance CS43198 DAC works with dual op-amps, high-precision crystal oscillators and a low-noise power supply, for a highly resolving, dynamic and immersive sound.
650mW of balanced power
With up to 650mW per channel balanced and two gain levels, the Q11 drives low- and high-impedance headphones anywhere. FiiO’s figures (THD+N under 1%, USB input):

All-day battery
Whether on the commute or travelling at the weekend, the 2,600mAh battery gives more than 13 hours of listening.
An ambient light window
The window shows the format with light (light blue for PCM at 48kHz or below, yellow above 48kHz, green for DSD) and lets you see the internals at work. With the FiiO Control app you can turn the light on or off and choose digital filters.
Two outputs and a two-in-one knob
The 3.5mm single-ended and 4.4mm balanced outputs are ringed in gold, and the 3.5mm socket also works as a coaxial digital output. The silky, well-weighted volume knob lets you set the level precisely, and doubles as the on/off switch; a slide switch sets the gain.
Made to go with your phone
The compact body is designed to strap to the vast majority of phones, with straight, smooth edges that are pleasant to hold and a black finish with gold accents. It works with Android and Apple phones, tablets, music players and computers.
