MEET THE Jade
A compact TPA3255 amplifier with 120W per channel (up to 300W with a larger supply), LDAC Bluetooth 6.0, USB and coaxial inputs, and sub and pre-outs.
120W + 120W into 4Ω with the included adapter; up to 300W per channel with a 53V/12A supply.
Bluetooth 6.0 with LDAC, plus USB, coaxial and line inputs.
Subwoofer and pre-out outputs, plus analogue bass and treble.
The FiiO Jade Audio LEVEL 1 is a notebook-sized stereo power amplifier for passive speakers, built around Texas Instruments’ TPA3255. With the included 48V/5A adapter it delivers 120W per channel into 4Ω, and with a larger supply it reaches 300W per channel. Bluetooth 6.0 with LDAC, a USB DAC, coaxial and analogue inputs, analogue bass and treble knobs, and subwoofer and pre outputs make it the hub of a compact hi-fi system, in an aluminium case with real wood side panels.

Despite its 181 × 133mm footprint, the LEVEL 1 can drive most mainstream passive bookshelf, desktop and floor-standing speakers of 4–8Ω. How much power you get depends on the power supply:
| Included 48V/5A adapter | 120W + 120W into 4Ω · 115W + 115W into 8Ω (THD+N <1%) |
|---|---|
| 53V/12A supply (not included) | 240W + 240W into 4Ω · 135W + 135W into 8Ω (THD+N <1%) |
| 53V/12A supply, maximum | 300W + 300W into 4Ω · 190W + 190W into 8Ω (THD+N <10%) |
The headline 2 × 300W figure needs a supply of 600W or more. The included 240W adapter is certified to international safety standards, with ultra-low ripple and plenty of current in reserve for a low noise floor and consistent dynamics.
At the heart of the LEVEL 1 is the TI TPA3255 class D chip. Its PurePath Ultra-HD technology combines integrated feedback with high-speed gate-driver error correction for high power with low distortion. FiiO adds a post-filter feedback (PFFB) loop, which lowers output noise and output impedance (under 0.2Ω), improves THD+N and intermodulation distortion, keeps the frequency response steady whatever the speaker load, and suppresses distortion from the output LC filter. The result: THD+N below 0.0025%, a signal-to-noise ratio of up to 111dB and a frequency response of 5Hz–40kHz.
A six-layer, immersion-gold, thick-copper circuit board and fully shielded power inductors keep the signal stable and the power delivery efficient. FiiO tuned the sound with a mix of capacitors chosen for their character: German WIMA, and Japanese Nichicon and ELNA.

Connect a CD player or a turntable with a phono stage to the RCA line input, a CD player or transport to the coaxial input (up to 192kHz/24-bit), and a computer to the USB-C input, which works as a USB DAC up to 96kHz/24-bit and has a driver-free mode. Your phone can stream over Bluetooth 6.0 with LDAC at up to 990kbps, about three times the data of standard Bluetooth.

The subwoofer output adds a powered subwoofer for a 2.1 system, and the pre output lets the LEVEL 1 work as a preamplifier for a separate power amplifier. Speakers connect to 4mm banana sockets, which also take bare wire.

Dedicated treble and bass knobs on the front (−10 to +10) let you balance the sound for your music or speakers with a simple turn. Press the volume knob to change input, and its RGB light shows which one you’re on: green for line in, orange for USB, yellow for coaxial. On Bluetooth it shows the codec, blue for SBC and white for LDAC, and the light can be turned off. A retro slide switch handles power.

For the digital inputs (Bluetooth, coaxial and USB), the FiiO Control app adds a parametric EQ and presets, and firmware updates.

The aluminium alloy chassis has real wood side panels: walnut on the black version and maple on the silver. With its toggle switch and precision-machined knobs, it blends industrial precision with retro warmth.
