Read the full description
The AudioQuest DragonTail is a short, flexible USB-A extender that connects a DragonFly DAC to a computer or phone with a USB-A socket. Use it when a USB device, such as a DragonFly or a flash drive, is too wide to fit next to the other plugs on your computer. Its flexibility also makes it safer to use USB 2.0 devices on planes and on the move.
Made for digital audio
Like all AudioQuest cables and accessories, DragonTail is designed and made for low distortion and maximum performance. Its solid conductors are made of 5% silver and controlled for digital-audio directionality, which AudioQuest says gives a more engaging, three-dimensional sound. Foamed-polyethylene insulation maintains the critical geometry of the signal pairs, and the USB-A plug has direct-silver-plated contacts.
