Ultimate Ears Super.Fi 5vi Earphones for iPhone/Blackberry

These were recommended by a fellow iphone user,as being the best. So i trawled the net finding sets for upwards of 90 quid.
Advanced mp3 had them at £52.99 so i pressed buy straight away.They arrived in 2 days which was very good service.
Then i had problems,they wouldn't fit properly,it transpired that my right ear canal is much smaller than my left.
A message was left with Amp3 and i was advised by Elliot to maybe try the comply foam ear buds in size small,if this wouldn't work they would give me a refund on the buds.
Again the order was placed and shipped out,these arrived next day(again superb service).
I now have a good fit,though still a little tight on the right,but once i have them in they settle down quickly.
the sound quality is superb! clear,strong and as loud as you can stand it! The only down side is possibly the multi function button. Placement can sometimes be hard to find if you run the cable inside your clothing. Though there is no volume control,the mic is "ok" but sounds a little tinny when talking. If i had paid 90+ quid for these I'd be disappointed, if you could combine the sound quality of these with the functionality of the iphone multi function button and placement then UE would be onto a winner.
All in all, fantastic service from A mp3 great sound quality phones,not the best mic and multi function button.

Bought these a couple of weeks ago and my only complaint is not being able to find enough time to enjoy them and my music!

Clarity is superb and I like bass so there is just enough for me, not over the top just a well balanced tone. They were easy to get comfortable with as well as this is the first time I have used anything like this. The features designed for use with the iphone make these earphones very practical so overall I am delighted with my purchase. They are well worth the extra money (over my budget) I paid for them and this price is so very competative.

Service from Advanced MP3 Players was superb with a full itinery of where in the delivery loop my headphones were. Even though they had to come from Edinburgh to the tip of Cornwall I knew exactly where they were using the FedEx site - fantastic next day service - thank you.

Wanted an iPhone headset but with the sound quality of my Etyomotyic ER6is. Chose these after reading poor reviews about the Etymotic Hf2 buld quality. Sound is superb (and better than ER6is), and build quality is excellent. Have used the phone on the train and car and works well. Only room for improvement might have been a clip on the cable to hold the microphone section.
