Capital Bonds

Advanced Headphones are pleased to be able to accept Capital Bonds and Compliments Cards payment methods. To place an order using Capital Bonds, please follow the instructions below:

Capital Bond Vouchers (paper based vouchers):

Step 1:
Add products to your shopping basket as normal. Once you have selected all of the products you would like to order, proceed to the Checkout.

Step 2:
On the Payment Methods section at Checkout, select "Capital Bonds" as your payment method and proceed through the remainder of the Checkout process.

Step 3:
Once you have received your order confirmation email, follow the instructions below to post your Capital Bonds to us. Your order can only be dispatched once we have received your Capital Bonds. Please therefore allow up to 5 working days once you have posted your Capital Bonds for your order to be dispatched.

In order for us to dispatch your order, please send us Capital Bonds to the value of your order to the address below. Include a print out of your order confirmation email along with written confirmation of your name, address, telephone number and email address.

Please note:

• If you do not have enough Capital Bonds to pay for your order in full, please make sure to include a contact telephone number and we will call you once your Capital Bonds have been received to take the payment balance via Credit/Debit card.
• Partial refunds of Capital Bonds are not possible. For example, if your order value is £38 and you send us £40 in Capital Bonds, we are unable to refund the £2 difference.
• We advise sending Capital Bonds via Special Delivery to insure safe arrival as neither AMP3P nor Edenred cannot be held responsible for vouchers that are lost or damaged in the post.

Compliments Cards (pre-paid card similar to Maestro):

If you have been provided with a Capital Bonds Compliments Card (which operates similar to a Maestro debit card), please follow the instructions below:

Step 1:
Add products to your shopping basket as normal. Once you have selected all of the products you would like to order, proceed to the Checkout. Please select the standard "Checkout" button and not the Google Checkout option.



Step 2:
On the Payment Methods section at Checkout, select "Secure Credit/Debit Card Payment Online" as your payment method and proceed through the remainder of the Checkout process as normal.



Step 3:
Providing you have enough balance present on your Capital Bonds Compliments Card, your order will be processed successfully and you will receive an order confirmation email.
