The new iRiver X20 - a revolution in media players!
The X20 features an innovative rotary menu system on its large 2.2" TFT screen, continuing iRiver's concentration on user friendly operation of all of its players. The X20 also has a feature-set that most manufacturers would be proud of in their top-range player! The X20 is a full-motion video player, displaying AVi and WMV files in up to 30 frames per second (PAL European TV is 25fps, film is 24fps) Its music support is also fantastic, with the legendary iRiver sound quality and the ability to play MP3, WMA, ASF and OGG files. To add to this, the player has an FM radio, picture viewer and line in direct encoding. It's even got a voice recorder. The user interface is polished and intuitive with support for Album Art along with smooth scrolling. The rotary wheel navigation is effective - the wheel has mini grooves on it for grip, meaning that it provides excellent response during rotation. Battery life is an impressive 22 hours and can be easily charged by connecting the player to your PC. Unusually, the rechargeable battery is also user replaceable (we will be stocking spare X20 batteries), making the player ideal for travelling. Boy this player is loud! We had it at just over half volume before our ears could take no more!  The X20 is available in 3 memory sizes (2GB, 4GB & 8GB) but if you find that you're running out of internal memory, you'll be glad to hear that the player also features a Micro SD card slot, for as much additional memory as you want!
