Westone 3 True 3-Way Triple Driver In-Ear Earphones

I bought these as my Shure E4c's broke ..... I spent ages looking for a replacement set and i'm not dissapointed with these... :)

They sound great ! :) To get the best out of them you really do need a good fitting ear bud ! I use triple flange type.... but there are plenty in the box to try, one will suite you im sure. They fit well in the ear... No weight... the cables slip neatly over the ears and run down your back which is great.

To be honest I like a wide range of music.... these cope well with everything i thrown at them :)

Tweak your graphic equalizer will help these perform even better, you will hear things you've never heard before ..... :)

A word of warning !! .... these isolate the sound so well especially if you like loud music ..... mind your back when walking down the road ! :)

After reading a whole lot of reviews, test-results and user opinions, I opted for the Westone 3 in-ear headphones (some people rather call them "monitors"). What can I say: I am just a user and have neither the equipment, nor the knowledge or time to perform high-tech measurements. However, I can consider myself to be pretty "sharp-eared" and I enjoy spending money on good audio equipment. These in-ears are all what you can read about them: great sound stage (for in-ears), crisp and moderate, deep enough bass and dicriminating, loud and clear, whispering if necessary. Simply the best (and, of course, most expensive) in-earphones I ever had. Work perfectly with both my Cowon C2 and SanDisk Clip +8 (yes, the little one!). They come well equipped with accessories, even a headphone amplifier was included. My music: well engineered records, such as Pink Floyd, Dire Straits, classical music by Deutsche Gramophon , to mention a few. Bottomline: you get what you pay for. Perfect headphones for my ears. Worth every penny, would buy them again any time.
