I chose the E10's after reading the What HiFi 5* review and im not disappointed with them. Advanced MP3 Players were great with their comms and updates and they arrived sooner than I expected, so thanks for a great service.

Superb! After a lengthy wait for them to be re-stocked from China, my E10's turned up last week within 48hrs of placing my order with AdvancedMP3Players. The Amazon distribution centre effect! Definitely worth the wait. After much deliberation, and reading a lot of reviews from a multitude of websites, I opted for the E10's over a UK home grown brand at similar cost. I think it was the best decision. I wanted my E10's to complement my laptop and Android tablet in order that I do not disturb others in the same room. The E10's come with eight sets of differently sized and shaped ear buds, all of which I tested. It clearly makes a difference as five sets of ear buds were uncomfortable and one set produced a markedly better sound. I had previously thought nothing like that would make any difference and that you were simply paying for a gimmick, but I admit I was wrong. My ear bud stays put, and I am told my E10's are not throwing out any inconsiderate audio at all! The sound through my E10's is deep and satisfying. Windows 8 has become alive, I can listen to streaming music whilst surfing that is crisp and clear. I have diverse taste in music and can honestly say that with these E10's I can distinguish between more different instruments than before. You can mentally tune in to a single instrument such is the clarity. Speech within movies is clear and intelligible. Further, I listen to my latest Crysis3 software and the audio atmosphere created via these E10's is better than through the dedicated speakers. Speech is clear and weapons give a sublime crackle and thud effect. The bass may not be ferocious enough for some given their reviews, but I find the bass output ample and without doubt loud enough! Concerned with the durability of the E10's, I took advantage of AdvancedMP3Players' generous "second pair with a tasty discount" and both pairs seem well constructed to me. I assume that some buds give audiophiles too tight a seal within the ear canal, so I suggest ripping them out causes the component failures reported. With a little care and common sense, I expect mine to last. I did check directly with Soundmagic that both pairs were genuine and not counterfeits as with many re-distributors. Both AdvancedMP3Players' E10's were of course the real deal. Four colour combinations to suit personal preferences, I opted for red and black, and within a week, the much debated 'new-style' wiring has straightened itself out and tangles less. All the connections seem sound and I do not think longevity will be an issue. Noise transmission through wires rubbing against clothing whilst active, for example, is I assume a factor in why active fit earphones are available from Soundmagic. Consider what your primary purpose for your E10's will be, and I doubt you will be disappointed. My E10’s came with a soft protective pouch too. I already plan to gift these E10's at Christmas if the much touted E10A's (Android not Apple!) arrive on AdvancedMP3Players in time. Very pleased with my purchase and I have no hesitation in recommending these Soundmagic E10's or AdvancedMP3Players in a very competitive online marketplace.

I'm really impressed with the E10s, even more than I expected to be. Sound is so clear and detailed with clear separation and decent bass. I'm really enjoying listening to music on them. I listen in bed at night and they are perfect for that!

Having had some excellent Sennheiser CX-300's (not II's) for about 6 years I was reluctant to try these, however the largely positive reviews they get across the Internet and the (relatively) cheap price meant I was willing to give them a go....
....to put it simply I was blown away, the level of detail that these produce straight out of the box is incredible. Get a good fit in your ear and the bass is also superb. The bottom line is that these could have costed twice the price and I would still have written a glowing review.

After doing a bit of research - soundmajic earphones kept coming up as great value & performance.
My order turned up within 2 days & I was kept up to date with email notifications all the way.
Earphones are superb - very nice looking, with the red wires. Sound is fantastic, very rich & lovely bass - would defiantly recommend to anyone. Comes with about 8 different ear inserts & leather carry bag. Fantastic value when you look at price of competition to get comparable performance.

I responded to the ratings and popularity of these earphones on your site by taking a punt and buying a pair, I honestly can't find one thing to fault them on.
They fit comfortably, don't fall out, sound first class with a balance of sound not just loads of bass.
I've heard instruments and vocals in songs that I never noticed before.
I've tried earphones before that claim to be good but in this case the hype was right, when they wear out I'll get another pair!

I would certainly use this company again. there was a very minor problem which they dealt with promptly and with no fuss. The earphones are perhaps the best in ear phones I have ever used. 5* service. Thanks

I did not read any reviews , but a friend reccomended them to me.
Impressive great value for money. Base needs a little improvement, but all other sound levels great. I also found these fit neatly in my ear.

Like others, I've had problems with earphones staying in. These are great, feel secure in the ear, well made and I like the sound quality. The chord is just the right length. I'm very happy with my purchase!!

I have always had problems with headphones and these phones are definitely the solution to my woes.

I am a SoundMagic fanboy for sure. I owned a pair of PL30 but due to their amazing quality got stolen. I was then short on funds and bought a pair of PL10, I was wrong to think I was getting less for my money.

I managed to break these by stepping on them though so I bought this pair of much more durable headphones. The headphones feel a lot more durable as well as looking it too and this does not detract from the sound quality, after a short burn in I was hearing things in songs that I had never heard before. The crispness of the sound was perfect and not too much bass for my music.

The design of these phones is much more desirable than previous models looking more like a luxury pair than a budget one. And unlike a lot of the cheap headphones I have bought, come with a symmetrically split cable, not the round the back of the head cable, so I don't look like a douche wearing them.

The only quibble I have with them is the fact there was no foam tips provided with them. When I bought the PL30 there were and it greatly improved the experience so I expected the same here. Instead I am left with the dilemma of buying £15 for a set of buds that will improve my already impeccable headphones.

This is a must buy pair of headphones for an audiophile on a budget. Do not hesitate to buy them at this price. In a different league to the CX-300 which I managed to break 3 pairs of just by using them normally in the space of a month.

Impressive sonic performance and sound isolation. For the price I can strongly recommend these SoundMagic E10s.
I read a negative comment about the cable length but have found that not to be true - at 126cm it is 10cm longer than my Apple and JVC earphones. Furthermore, and this is important to me but never specified, the split is equal length, i.e. NOT assymetric.
All things considered I am extremely happy with these.

I didn't expect much of a £35 set of earphones to be honest. But they have really suprised me. They are replacing my old trusted Sennheiser CX500. And it is a stellar replacement. The sound is much clearer but still with plenty of bass (I'm not really a bass head).
The E10s are not as good as my B&W P5s (which you couldn't expect of course). But they are actually not that far from if you take the price difference into consideration. And at the price you don't worry too much about breaking them or anything. So they are really a no hassle straightforward really nice set of earphones that are an absolute steal for the price! I am extremely pleased with them. As always, AMP3 provided quick service.

After buying a cheaper pair (around £8) of in-ear earphones only to have them develop a fault (no sound out of one channel) after a couple of months, this time I decided to spend more in the hope of getting a product with better build quality.

I have only had the SoundMagic E10's for a couple of weeks so far, no complaints with the sound quality and they do look a better build quality than the cheaper ones (certainly the audio out connector looks solid), only time will tell if these are indeed made to last, but so far I think they are worth the extra money (although at £35 certainly a substantial outlay).

A nice touch is the clip attached to the lead, which I do think stops some distortion coming from the lead, especially if you are using them whilst exercising (brisking walking/jogging).

No problems with advancedmp3players service either, received the item in good time and well packaged.

I bought these after reading all the excellent reviews and have not been disappointed. They are great quality in both their construction and sound quality. I use them with a Cowon i9 MP3 player and they sound excellent. Thery come with a great selection of fittings for all shapes and sizes of ears. So overall these are a winner.

Bought these on a whim after the good reviews in various mags. Comparisons are Shure E2C, Sennheiser CX300II and Sony EX500. They can hold their head up in this company. Probably mid range detail stands out compared to the Sonys which are very flat, E10s somewhat similar to the Shures. But the midrange is not at the expense of the bass or treble which are both good and balanced. Bass as ever depends on the silicon you choose and the fit you can achieve. The Shures still have a magic after all these years which trumps the others if you can stand the fit, but all are very good and uncoloured, the Soundmagic are definitely worth the money and a large upgrade to any buds you get supplied with the vast majority of players.

In terms of audio quality, the E10 has fairly strong bass and, for those upgrading from Apple's earphones, sound in a whole other league; especially considering the price.

If you’re thinking about buying a new set of earphones to replace the standard issue iPod ones, SoundMAGIC’s E10 is definitely worth considering.

    Head-Fi
Head-Fi "Bass reaches down deep to sub-bass and hit with good impact, almost to a point of being bass dominant but lacks really good texture to be a monster of its own. Mid is only a tad recessed, still relatively sweet and clear but not a strong point in the overall presentation. Treble extends very well, not particular analytical but not lacking either. It has enough highlight to draw out the ‘sss’ in the vocal when called for, but not enough to sound bad with permanent sibilance. Soundstage is average due to the forwardness of presentation. In many ways the E10 shares a lot portion of its sound with ECCI PR300. While E10 has a deeper bass and slightly warmer tone, PR300 has more sparkle and hotter on the treble. This is quite different to that of PL50, which is smooth and mid focus though I still consider to be the same sound quality level as E10 and PR300."     Full Review
