Phonak Audéo Perfect Fit Earphones 012

These are great headphones. The overall sound is warm with good clarity and separetion of instruments. My old UE 700's, whilst clear, lacked a the fullness of sound of the Phonak Audeo. Bass is not too overpowering, and can easily strengthen/reduce it to taste via the EQ settings on your I-phone/MP3 player. Sound is good regardless of whether I'm playing dance, bands or orchestra. Build quality is fine with a strong cable. I've not had over-ear phones before and the fit is very comfortable, with pretty good noise isolation when I'm driving. Accessories are limited to silicone tips, but when these are the same build as the more expensive 112's, but £40 cheaper who cares. Carry case and comply tips can be brought seperately for a relatively small outlay.

The Perfect Fit Earphones 012 I purchased were well worth the mone. I've alredy got Sennheiser ie7 and several Shure eraphones and these rate up there with them.I would highly recommend them for the Cowon S9 or HTC smart phone, both of which I use.

After buying the more expensive PFE 121 for my husband I was so impressed with the sound & comfort that I couldn't bring myself to listen to music using my old Sennheisers anymore & bought myself the PFE 012. Compared to the 121 these don't have the mic, carry case, additional audio filters, silicon ear guides or comply foam tips but come with silicon tips (S,M&L) & green filters already fitted. As a result the sound does suffer so I bought some comply foam tips & used my husband's spare black filter & the sound quality is so much better now.
