The T15™ offers a perfect listening solution for people already using our ER series custom-made hearing protectors, or those that are looking for a combined protection and listening solution. Please note that the T15 is an addition to custom moulds you may already have, or are intending to add - these are not included in the purchase price.
The T15™ is a silicon moulded balanced armature transducer earphone that is designed to fit in place of the ER filter in our custom-made protectors. Both lightweight and resilient to shock, the T15™ offers superb clarity delivered with the isolation you expect from your ERs.
Using a single driver, the T15™ delivers excellent clarity in a lightweight package and, because of the isolation provided by custom fitting, you can listen at safe levels, even in noisy environments.
Using the T15™ allows you to use just a single set of ear moulds for both your protection and listening. The fittings are easily interchangable without any tools necessary.
Available in a range of colours, the T15™s can be customised to match your existing ear moulds. PLEASE NOTE: T15 supplied with translucent cable as standard. Other cable colour options are black, white and beige. Cable length is 1.4m as standard.
How do we custom fit?
The ACS T15 Earphones can be bought as an accompanyment to your existing ACS ear moulds or your ACS custom made ear protectors.
All ACS custom-fit products require an impression of your ear for us to work from. Having an impression taken is a quick and painless process that takes less than 10 minutes to complete. One of our network of audiologists will first examine your ear to ensure there is no excessive wax, then a foam plug is applied to create a seal in front of your eardrum. Finally, a soft silicone impression material is injected into the ear and allowed to set for 5 to 8 minutes before being gently removed.
The T15 does not contain molds as part of the package - these must be separately purchased.
Where can I buy ACS products?
ACS products are available from a nationwide network of Audiologists as well as directly from us at our offices in Banbury. You'll need to make an appointment to have impressions taken which will then be sent on to us to allow us to manufacture your custom-fit products. Please note that production time is always dependent upon orders received. The skills and experience involved in making our hand-crafted products are not acquired overnight so employing more staff, whilst increasing our labour force, does not bring an immediate reduction in production time.
