2 - 3 day turnaround (Most units are returned the same day). You send your iPod to us and we take care of everything else.
Instructions for sending your iPod to us will be sent to you via email shortly after placing an order.
We recommend you insure the parcel for £500 and send it via Royal Mail Special Delivery when you send in your iPod.
When we receive your iPod it will be inspected and tested, if everything checks out your new battery will be installed and your iPod will be tested again and shipped back to you via Initial City-Link next day courier delivery.
If any problems are found on the initial test you will of course be informed.
PLEASE NOTE: you must add a Sonnet iPod Battery (relevant to your version of iPod) to your Shopping basket as well as this fitting service if you wish your iPod battery to be specially fitted by our technicians.
